At our estate venues, drinks aren’t an afterthought. They’re part of the experience. Whether you’re planning a corporate gathering, a destination wedding, or a private celebration, our bar team ensures every guest is well looked after, every glass is perfectly poured, and every drink reflects the style of your event.
Here’s how it works and what makes our service stand out.
Packages That Fit Your Event and Your Budget
We offer a variety of beverage packages designed to suit different needs and styles of events. These include:
- Non-Alcoholic with BYO
- Beer with BYO
- Cocktails with Local or Imported Spirits and BYO
- Wine-Focused Packages (Local or Imported)
- Full Classic Open Bar with Imported Spirits and Wines
If your event includes one of our food packages, we always provide still water and iced tea at no additional charge. However, if alcohol will be served or you want full bar service, you’ll need to choose one of our packages. BYO is only allowed when combined with a minimum bar package.
Many clients opt for a full package to avoid the hassle and risk of running out of drinks.
Flexible Alternatives to a Fixed Package
If a full package isn’t the right fit, we offer three flexible options for alcohol service:
Pre-Ordered On Consumption
This cost-effective option is ideal for clients who want some control without going full BYO. Here’s how it works:
- You pre-order beer, wine, and spirits by the bottle
- We bring twice the ordered amount, with half reserved as backup
- You are charged only for opened bottles
- No cocktails are available with this option
- Unused backup stock is returned to our supplier at no charge
This option benefits from our consignment terms with suppliers and avoids over-ordering.
Full On Consumption by Glass or Bottle
This offers a full bar experience including wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits by the glass. It is tailored to your preferences, but since we take on the inventory risk, it is more expensive than the pre-order model.
We request a pre-payment based on expected consumption. This avoids relying on credit card machines at the event, which can be unreliable and carry transaction fees.
Cash Bar
For some corporate functions and casual weddings, a cash bar works well. Guests purchase their own drinks directly by cash or card from our bar, with options for beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits by the glass.
What to Know About BYO
We do allow BYO, but with clear conditions:
- Only alcohol that is duty-paid and tax-paid is permitted
- BYO beer is not allowed under any circumstances
- A handover form is signed at drop-off and again at the end of the night
- Corkage is charged only on opened bottles
- A pre-charge is applied based on expected consumption, with final reconciliation post-event
- We do not release unopened bottles to guests at the end of the night

A Professional Bar Team, Fully Equipped
Our core bartending team handles all events, with support from our trusted talent network for larger functions. We provide everything: bar counters, glassware, ice, garnishes, condiments, and highboy tables.
Clients may not bring their own bartenders, but we can arrange flair bartenders or specialty show elements upon request. If you would like a particular bar design from a rental company, we will assess it to ensure it works operationally. Many decorative setups lack the equipment needed to run an efficient cocktail service.
We also offer custom bar styling with sufficient lead time and a clear brief. Additional charges apply for custom setups.
Customisation Options
You can personalise your bar experience in several ways:
- Add a welcome cocktail or mocktail
- Create a drinks list themed around your event or destination
- Customise labels for special bottles or guest gifts
Our house spirits are fixed, but we can quote upgrade options for premium wines or spirits if you let us know your preferences. Some upgrades, like single malts or Champagne, are subject to high import duties, but we can suggest alternatives to suit your budget.
Important Terms and Event Realities
We aim to offer a smooth and enjoyable bar experience, and these policies help us deliver that:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. If this happens, we will discreetly work with your wedding or event organiser
- Unopened bottles will not be released at the end of the night
- Breakage of glassware is charged at Rp. 65,000 per piece
- A 10 percent security deposit is required for events at our venues (5 percent for off-site) to cover risks such as additional corkage
While rare, the government may impose sudden increases in alcohol duties or tariffs. If this happens, we will inform you as early as possible and find a solution that works. We have never applied such a surcharge before, but our terms include this clause as a precaution.
Tastings Are Encouraged
We recommend all clients book a tasting at our venue. It’s the best way to experience our food and drinks and ensure your selections are right for your event.
We’re happy to source special wines or spirits on request. If you want to bring a one-off bottle for a toast or celebration, you’re welcome to — it simply falls under the corkage policy like any other alcohol.
